I would like to thank you all for your outstanding work during 2025
We are around 1,400 people in the faculty, and everyone contributes to making the whole greater. And it is not only me who think so - our funders provide us with generous support, clients commission substantial bodies of knowledge from us, and other universities want to collaborate with us.
At its last meeting of the year, the NJ faculty board addressed several key matters for the faculty’s activities:
New docents:
The faculty board appointed five new associate
professors following the autumn’s docent lectures:
Recruitment matters: a senior lecturer in rural development will be recruited and a position as associate senior lecturer in data-driven
evolution and biodiversity will be advertised.
Updated delegation of authority that, among other aspects, will clarify the powers delegated to the heads of department.
In the faculty's newsletter you can read about current events relevant to you who are an employee at the
Faculty of Natural Resources and Agricultural Sciences. Faculty director Pär Aronsson
is responsible for the content. The newsletter is produced in cooperation with Division of Communication.
The newsletters are usually issued in connection with faculty board meetings.
